Welcome to the place you will call home for your stay, where you will leave your watches on the nightstand, your own rest heaven with the blue colors of the Aegean as its background. Styled with character and built with love, Shades of Blue is only a 2-hour drive from Athens, near the picturesque village of Kivari.

A 2 floor, 170m² villa with 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 3 bathrooms, two of which en-suite, and an open space living room connected to the kitchen that can host up to 9 people. With an outdoor dining area, a bbq and an infinity pool overlooking the horizon, this villa is the vacation destination you have always dreamed of. Parking is available (for up to 4 cars) on the property and the villa’s entrance is accessed by a private footpath, for easy luggage transportation. A ramp is available in order to access the villa from the parking, but there is no elevator for people with disabilities.
