Shades of blue management highly appreciates your collaboration in abiding by these rules and regulations, whose aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay for our Guests.
1. A hotel day begins by checking in at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. of the checkout day. For extending your stay, please contact the management.
2. The guests cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
3. Shades of Blue may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the House Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the property.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premise. In another case, the Management has the right to request any guest to vacate the villa, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the villa occupied by him/her.
4. The hotel doesn’t accept guests traveling with pets.
5. The Management of Shades of Blue will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either indoors the villa or the outdoors surrounding for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage. Management’s friendly advice is to keep all money and valuables with him / her when going out
6. Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on villa premises.
7. When leaving the villa, guests are expected to check whether the main door and all balcony doors are properly locked.
8. The guests bear financial liability – through the guarantee deposit – for damaging or destroying the villa’s equipment and technical devices due to their fault.
9. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited.
10. The use of the swimming pool is at guest’s responsibility. Children under the age of 18, persons with disabilities and persons that do not know how to swim must be supervised by an adult at all times. The villa provides life jackets for young children as well as boards that help with swimming. Guests should make sure to use them if necessary for their safety.
11. As the villa is in a mountain area with many insects and reptiles, guests need to keep the main door closed, as well as the wheats at all balcony doors, to avoid them. A first aid kit is provided inside the villa. Kindly note that the management is not responsible for injuries inside the villa and around the villa and swimming pool area
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
