Villes

A unique beach, literally on your feet… Villes stands exactly at the point you take the last turn on the dirty road, up to the house. 10 minutes walking distance from Shades of Blue, 3 minutes by car .

Main Beach in Kiveri

Kiveri Beach has a white pebble with a few rocks at the south end and the seabed is pebble. On the north side there are poplars, while on the south there are palm trees. Kiveri beach is organized and has facilities such as umbrellas, showers, changing rooms and trash cans. A short distance from the north end of the coast there is a small harbor, where small fishing boats anchor. To the right of the long beach, there is a smaller post lighthouse with clear and deep waters, while the coast is stony(8′ from Shades of blue, 4.8km)

Beach in Astros

This is the beach that essentially starts from the edge of the port and ends 5 km south of Herronisi near the coast of Agios Andreas(14′ from Shades of blue, 11.5km)

Beach in Xiropigado

Quiet environment, pebbles, crystal clear waters and developed tourist infrastructure with hotels, rooms to let, fish taverns that operate all year round. Xiropigado is located on the Arcadia-Argolida border and offers ideal holidays for those seeking relaxation. The visitor can tour Xiropigado with a focus on the surrounding areas of both Kynouria and Argolida. The beach has free internet access (wi-fi).(6′ from Shades of blue, 3.5km)

Anavalos Beach

One of the many small and quiet beaches you can find on the route from Astros to Argolis just before Kiveri and after Xiropigado. The beach is on the border of the two counties with sand and clear waters, and was named after the well-known underwater karstic freshwater source of Anavalos that originates in Kynouria and Argolida.

In the area there is the women’s monastery of Hosea Makrina (sister of the Great Basil), which began to be built in 1971 on the site of the Metropolis of Argolida(6′ from Shades of blue, 2.km)

Arvanitia Beach

Behind Acronafplia, a sandy and pebbled organized beach with emerald waters. Walk down a long staircase. There are cafes and a restaurant(25′ from Shades of blue, 20.4km)

Karathonas Beach

Little cove protected by the wind, with a very crowed organized beach. Sandy, with shallow waters. Recommended for water sports. Catering facilities and cafes(30′ from Shades of blue, 25km)

Psili Ammos (Tolo)

Sandy, organized beach with emerald waters that has been awarded the Blue Flag. Recommended for families with children. It is very popular and offers lots of conveniences. There are several campsites in the area, with Greek and foreign tourists. Recommended also for water sports. Visit by boat the little islands of Koronisi and Romvi (37′ from shades of blue, 27 km)

Kondyli Beach

Beautiful and vast beach with sand and little pebbles. Organized, with deep emerald waters. Water sports available. Visit the church of Agios Nikolaos(42′ from Shades of blue, 35.3km)

Kandia Beach

An alternative beach for all tastes. Kandia with its diverse character wins the impressions.

Beautiful and vast beach with sand and little pebbles. Organized, with catering facilities and cafes. It is preferred by families with children, since you can find family type beach bars, which combine sunbeds, fine pebbles like sand, ideal for buckets, shovels and everything necessary for “palaces in the sand”, and service that brings your coffee to the table. Athletic dads and moms can also play beach volley. Perfect beach for those who indulge in wind surfing, since, as if making an appointment, the winds declare their presence after 13:00 at noon! The afternoon usually has a ripple(45 minutes from Shades of blue, 33km)
