•  50% refund is applied when cancellation occurs up to 2 months before check in date.
•  In case of cancelation after the 2 months prior to check in date, the guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

International Travel restrictions in force in guests’ country of origin and/or in Greece (border closure/flight cancellations);
Curfew measures in excess of six (6) hours daily, imposed by the authorities in the area of stay;
Quarantine requirement in excess of 24 hrs. for international travelers arriving in Greece.
Contraction of Covid-19 by any one of the guests any time during the 25 days preceding arrival date. Kindly note that a certificate by a public medical authority shall be required in this case.

Children Policy: Babies and kids up to 3 years old that sleep in a baby cot, may stay free of charge

Base rate policy: Basic rate is established up to 4 pax. Every extra person (including kids over 3 years old) are charged with extra 60 euro per night

Cleaning Policy: Cleaning service once/week is included in the rental rates.  Additional cleaning services are available with extra charge, upon request

Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed

Events policy: Events are not allowed

Smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed

?Arrival time after 14.00 pm till 21:00 pm. For early check in or late check out, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you. Upon your arrival, Marina, our host will welcome you, give you the keys and offer you a tour around the house

?Shades of Blue is located in one of the best spots in Kiveri, in total peace and comfort. Since you are staying at a vacation house with a similar villa next to you, you are kindly requested to respect “quite hours”

?Please ensure that when you leave the property for your daily small excursions, you take the keys with you. Also, don’t forget to lock the main door, and all balcony doors on your way out.

?Dear Guests, please kindly note that we do not accept any responsibility for money or valuables lost in the house, garden and its surroundings. Our friendly advice is to keep all money and valuables with you when going out

?The use of the swimming pool is at your own responsibility. Children under the age of 18, persons with disabilities and persons that do not know how to swim must be supervised by an adult at all times.

?When you wish to throw away rubbish, please note that the nearest rubbish bins are located in the main road at the last turn, before starting to take the dirt road straight to the house.

?Pls, do not throw toilet papers or feminine products in the toilet.

⛱You are kindly requested to close the sun umbrella, when it is windy or during bad weather.

❗Turn off the water heater switch after each use

?Pls note that the water is not drinkable. You have 2 bottles from me as a welcome, but make sure you get the rest on time
