Styled with character and built with love, Shades of Blue is a 2 floor, 170m² villa that can host up to 9 people. On the ground floor there is a minimally designed en-suite bedroom that invites you to relax while enjoying the mesmerizing views. Located next to the bedroom is the living room, which is smartly designed around the coach which offers a touch of subtle luxury in the room. Also on the ground floor you can find a powder room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and an open plan dining space connecting to the outside dining area, and with direct access to the pool and outdoor barbeque area.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one en-suite, all with access to a large veranda facing the pool and mesmerizing sea views. This two-level oasis, located only 17 minutes from Nafplio, guarantees breathtaking views every time you open the windows.

If you are feeling up to it, you can always host a barbeque at the specially designed corner of the garden in the afternoon, to catch those amazing dusk colors during sunset while enjoying a home cooked feast. The villa is built on the verge of a 3800 sqm area to ensure an extraordinary stay, filled with mesmerizing views and serenity. There is one common bathroom on the top floor and an en-suite bathroom on each floor. All three bathrooms are built with the finest materials. The outdoor area features an infinity pool and bbq area, ensuring this villa offers you an extraordinary stay.
